The applicable working environment temperature of fixed belt conveyor is generally -25℃~+40℃. For the belt conveyor working in the special environment, if it is required to have the conditions of heat resistance, cold resistance,waterproof,anticorrosion, explosion-proof, flame-retardant, ect.,corresponding protective measure can be taken separately.

The size of materials allowed to be conveyed depends on the belt width, speed. Slot angle and inclination. When conveying hard rock, the belt width is more than 1200mm, and the material size should be limited within 350mm generally, and not increased with the increase of belt width.
