WLS type shaftless screw conveyor is mainly used in environmental protection, chemical industry, food, medicine, papermaking, beverage and other industries to transport sticky paste materials(such as chemical raw materials, waste pulp, malt ,sludge,etc) and materials easily entangled (such as food waste,municiple waste).

Working Principle:

WLS type shaftless screw conveyor has the same conveying principle as general screw conveyor. The shaftless screw is a thick belt blade(no pipe shaft in the middle).The screw body contacts with the lining plate at the bottom of the inner wall of the shell(sliding). The material is conveyed by driving the rotation at the driving end.
