TDTB is a type of chain bucket elevator equivalent to TDTG belt elevator. The main difference between TDTG and TDTG is that in order to adapt to high temperature materials(>100℃), the traction part belt is replaced by short pitch roller chain, while maintaining the characteristics of high speed, large transportation capacity and centrifugal discharge.

Advantages:

1.This type elevator is good look in shape, it has the same dimension with TDTG bucket elevator of the same model and with good interchangeability.

2.The short pitch roller chain is used as the traction component, the teeth number of head sprocket is large so that the multi side effect of sprocket is small with high speed.

3.It is suitable for materials with high temperature and oil content, which can effectively avoid the problems such as the decrease of belt life at high temperature and the belt slipping when the oil content is high.

4.Zero speed sensor, blocking sensor and anti device of belt are used to ensure safe production.
