1、Design:This series of conveyor is optimistically designed with absorbing both domestic and foreign advance technology and years of experience of the company.

2、Conveyor Chain: The Welded Chain with high strength is used ，the chain is with high strength and well wear-resistant for the pins and chain plates having been heat-treated.

3、Scraper:Ultrahigh Molecular Weight Polyethylene(UHMWPE) is used for the scraper when the temperature of material conveyed is <80℃,it is with the advantages of excellent wear resistance. Outstanding impact resistance, stress cracking resistance and high temperature creep to nuclear radiation, non-toxic and water resistance.

4、Nylon is used for the scrapers when the temperature of material conveyed is ≥80℃. It is with advantages of high mechanical strength、good toughness、outstanding fatigue resistance、heat resistance(with long-term work under 150℃,the surface is smooth and low coefficient of friction、wear and corrosion resistance、non-toxic, odorless、weather resistance, inert to biological erosion, and with good ability of anti-bacteria and anti-mold.

7、Safety protection: The conveyor is with speed sensor at the tail(tension ens) and blocking sensor at the head(driving end)
